27 April 2015 Dear sir,
As per company policy,Director can transfer salary upto 35000 per month.kindly advise if it is possiable for transfer Rs 10000 in this wife account as an employee balance is his remuneration as tax planning purpose .

1.the director is a skilled person he has more than 20 year of experience in this field.For the last 15 years he is under an employee at that time he get similar salary .Taking salary from company is purely for his personal purpose.
2. He has 50% share in this company
sir, he has any other option for withdraw the money from the company.
