Director appointment

16 October 2014 A company where 2 nominee director resigned in April 2013 and 2 new appointed in their place by the FI; but the company did not file any form with ROC for such changes. Now the company wants to file with ROC these changes. Please suggest how it can be done and the process. Thanks
