25 January 2010 I had appeared for my finals in nov 2009,but was unable to clear.Pls let me know which is a good book to read and which would help me to clear my exams.
I am referring to Manoharans for direct tax and institute material for Mafa.I will be doing self study.
Also will there be any amendments for indirect taxes as compared to nov 2009.Thnk

For Dt u can refer to Vinod Gupta Modules

For Mafa : Module and Shridhars book is good

And YEs there will be ammendments in indirect taxes also

26 January 2010 Agree with Neha , according to me you can refer Bangur for Direct Tax also.
for MAFA A.N.Shridhar book is very good.
