I would like to know the prospect of getting articleship in the field of Merger ans Accquisition ( corporate finance ) instead of choosing basic fields like Auditing and Taxation.

There is no amendment in the interim budget presented by the FM today. You need not to wait for the amendments as these will not be applicable for May 2014.

Yes..there are few changes proposed under Excise..service tax but no changes under the Income Tax act.
