Generally The Institute take 30 days to send you the registration details, but now due to a result declaration they can take more time to issue the same.

The can issue before above mentioned period also.

So wait and watch.

02 August 2013 Read provisions of NBFC company, section 292, 295 and 372A of the company.However some of the provisions is not applicable on pure private limited company, but they are free to take and give loan.

A normal private company can give loan and guarantee to other group company.

03 August 2013 I am in confusion,they already uploaded the name of the student registration list in the website but in that list my name is not there sir
