If I join direct entry scheme,Will my final attempt duration be from the date of joining the scheme or from the date I clear first group of IPCC?

your final attempt is not based on the clearing of IPCC but on your articleship. Once you start articleship, you can appear for CA final in last six months of articleship subject to clearing IPCC both groups and registration for CA final.

It will be from the date of registration in final. The provision of direct entry is not applicable on final.
