Dir-12 wrongly filed

I have Filed DIR-12 for the Appointment of Director, but due to wrong DIN a person other than proposed to be appointed as director is appointed, which is unknown to me. so what can i do to ratify this mistake and how to remove the name of that person from the MCA Portal.

Please guide.

21 February 2015 first of all raise complain to concerned ROC office.

also file revised dir - 12 for appointment of original director.

if name is not removed via ROC complain than only one window is remains open is that. FILE DIR 12 FOR RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND SUGGEST WRONG DIRECTOR TO FILE DIR 11
