Dear Panelist,
I have recently filed DIR-12 in which I have wrongly mentioned 02.02.2015 instead of 17.02.2015.
kindly guide me how to get my DIR-12 correct on signatory detail.

file revised dir - 12 with corrected date and also attach one request letter regarding correction of mistake.
