10 May 2010 hey experts plz help

For 1 of my director DIN is rejected saying ID proof not submitted but i hav submited it 1 day before i got the letter for the same , so what shd be done do i hav to apply for new Din or else ?????

what is the phone no. for DIN cell

10 May 2010 Once the DIN is rejected you have to take a fresh DIN again and has to submitt all KYC docs as required by the DIN Cell in NOida. But before that you just try once whether they will consider the rejected DIN as you have already send the same.

10 May 2010 In case no change is required in the DIN application form but only providing supporting (proof) documents - please submit correct document(s) again, referring provisional DIN number.

10 May 2010 But once the DIN is showing provisional , you can send the documents. But the RoC site shows the DIN is rejected, then you have to take the new DIN, you cannot take the provisional DIN as reference and send supporting documents again.
