Please guide me about the
- Amount of stamp paper on which declaration in DIR-4 is to be printed?

- Is there any change in the stamp duty rates for filing of incorporation documents with MCA?

05 May 2014 1. The stamp duty of 'AFFIDAVIT'applicable to the state in which the registration is sought for may be followed.

2. For the change in stamp duty,if any, respective state finance act for 2014 may be referred to.
For example, in Kerala, the stamp duty of AOA has been increased to Rs. 10,000 from Rs 1,000 through Kerala Finance Act,2013.
