THERE IS DELAY IN FILING ANNUAL RETURN AS THERE IS 1 NRI DIRECTOR, WE DO NOT HAVE THE DIN OF THE SAME AND NOR IT COULD BE OBTAINED.
HOW TO FILE ANNUAL RETURN? WE DO NOT WANT THAT DIRECTOR ON BOARD ,BUT FORM 32 COULD NOT BE FILED DUE TO ABSENCE OF DIN.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN THIS CASE?

DIN CANNOT BE APPLIED AS THEIR IS NO ADDRESS AND ID PROOF . I THINK YOU HAVE NOT READ MY COMPLETE QUESTION. I HAVE MENTIONED THAT DIN OF THAT DIRECTOR COULD NOT BE OBTAINED.THEN LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE REMEDY

For DIN :-
In case of foreign national, certified copy of valid passport should be enclosed with DIN-1. If attestation has been done on id proof and address for foreign national by public notary/gazette officer in india or practicing CA/CS/CWA an attested copy of multiple entry VISA also should be attached. Other procedures remains same.
