DEAR SIR,
I AM FACING DIFFICULTY IN FILING FORM 20B AS A DIN OF ONE OF THE DIRECTORS IS APPEARING AS LAPSED ALTHOUGH THE SAME HAD BEEN USED TO FILE FORM 32 AT THE TIME OF COMPANY FORMATION. KINDLY GUIDE ME.

you can check for the same with MCA call centre.
The numbers for diff. regions are mentioned in MCA site- call us.

have you renewed DIN if yes then after renewal roll check procedure should be done to get it registered with MCA.

Please refer to the following post by CA Sampat Jain. It is self explanatory. Obviously you have not completed the formality within prescribed period from date of application or notification of rules.

Mr. Nikhil Kumar is write, you can contact the MCA centre, the phone will be available at WWW.MCA.GOV.in, there is no renewal for DIN No.
The possibilities for DIN Lapse may be due to applied of DIN again and you may have not applied for DIN 3, for the above company by adding the director name. Or you have not sent the DIN application to MCA cell, or payment had not been made.
Pls write to me if the problem solve.

You can check the status using the 'Enquire DIN Approval Status' option available under the 'Director Identification Number' link on the home page of the MCA portal (www.mca.gov.in)
