DIN for an Italian National

Dear Friends

I had made an application for DIN of an Italian National. I had given copy of the passport duly notarized by an Italian Notary and everything was fine. Now the application was rejected by the MCA on the ground of non-availability of address proof. Kindly advise me the solution. Moreover, whether I have to furnish the notarized copy of the passport again. What additional documents can I produce in support of his address

01 November 2010 In addition to the above also attach a declaration from the MD of that Company in which such person to be appointed as director on the Letter Head of the company with the following details:
Provisional DIN
Name of the Person
Father's name
Date of birth
Address

I have done it twice in case of foreign national and it works.
