1- WHETHER HE WILL HAVE TO FILE 5(FIVE) DIN-4 SEPARATELY FOR DIFFERENT-DIFFERENT COMPANY
OR JUST ONE DIN-4, AS THERE IS OPTION FOR CIN AT THE LAST COLUMN OF THE FORM-DIN-4

One DIN-4 is enough. The CIN asked for is applicable in case the DIN-4 is digitally signed by a Company secretary in employment.
