HE WANT TO UPDATE HIS RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS WITH MCA.

PLEASE TELL ME
1- WHETHER HE WILL HAVE TO FILE 5(FIVE) DIN-4 SEPARATELY FOR DIFFERENT-DIFFERENT COMPANY

OR JUST ONE DIN-4, AS THERE IS OPTION FOR CIN AT THE LAST COLUMN OF THE FORM-DIN-4
