12 May 2011 what are the consequences if DIN 4 for PAN updation is not filed within 31st may

12 May 2011 The DIN shall become inactive and u will have to apply for a fresh DIN for the concerned Director.

12 May 2011 So far no notifications other than general circular 11/2011 which is silent on the consequence of non-compliance of PAN through e-filing of DIN-4.
