26 December 2012 sir, as per new E form DIN-4, we should to file form DIN-4 for verification as per Annexure-1 of DIN rules. My query is that is DIN-4 should be file for Annexure-1 dated before 24/12/2012..because as per me DIN-4 was filed for PAN no. before some time for all directors when DIN-1 was changed.

Annexure 1 that to be annexed shall be executed on non juducial stamp paper and should be duly notarized

Din 4 shall never be annexed to DIN 1

The Notification issued by MCA on 24.12.2012 on DIN 1 is applicable for new applicant of DIN.

If your DIN 1 is already filed with MCA and you have a DIN and you want to change any details or want to send any information on approved DIN, then you will file DIN 4 with DIN cell. DIN 4 will be applicable before or after the date of Notification.

27 December 2012 mam said that annexure-1 should be executed on Non judicial stamp paper and should be duly notarized but where it is mentioned as per new notification. before this notification its not required.
