25 February 2010 sir,
on ur suggestion i entered the din no. in the mca portal and the name and dt of approval has displayed.then y is it that in the form 23ac when i fill the din no. and say prefill the details do not come. does it mean that the co. has not intimated to roc in din 3.

one more query, the date of signing of bs in form 23ac 4(b)is it by directors? and date of signing board report. pls explain these dt.

25 February 2010 Download fresh form 23AC and try again.

Regarding dates --- the date filled is the date on which board of directors approve the balance sheet/annual accounts along with directors report.

Normally this date also considered as the date of signing of board report.

But Do one thing first check Signatory details of specific company .... if its not displayed then it means that company has not filled the DIn 3 form

06 March 2010 is it necessary that directors hold meeting before the date of AGM for approving the bs and signing the directors report. can this be done on the date of agm before presenting it to the shareholders.i.e are dt of approving a/cs by directors and dt. of agm the same.
