DIN 3 OR FORM 32

sir/madam had applied for a fresh din of a director as the previous din had lapsed. i have received new din. now i want to know that whether i have to file DIN3 or FORM32 to register her as a director in ROC. the confusion is because the company was incorporated on 3rd FEB,2007 and at that time it was compulsory to file DIN3.

Dear Anthony,
In the initial stage Form DIN3 was required to file but it is not required to file. You only need to file Form 32.

1) The Director has to give DIN-2 to the company.
2) The company has to file DIN-3 with ROC.

DIN-3 is mandatory if the director is appointed before 01/07/2007.
