06 January 2011 DIN-3, HAS NOT BEEN FILLED BY NEWLY INCORPORATED PRIVATE COMPANY. WHAT WILL BE THE FUTURE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES??

06 January 2011 DIN 3 is required to be filed only in respect of those who are appointed as Directors on or before 30.06.2007.

Yours being a newly incorporated company, Form 32 would have been filed alongwith Form 1 at the time of incorporation giving DIN numbers of the directors. Hence no need to file DIN-3.
