I have query as follow: -
while viewing company information regarding signatory details I received message as : -
The company is in default of filing of Form DIN 3/ Form 32
So now what I want to do?
As this company is regd before 2002 & not filed any forms/ annual returns/ statutory compliance regarding ROC.
If I want to regd director name what is the procedure?

Hi
First of all you file DIN 3 of all who was director in 2002 and thereafter till June, 2007.Any director who is appointed after June 2007 then no need to file DIN 3.
After DIN approval signatory will shown on MCA portal. Thereafter you can do your annual filing.
