A director appointed after after 31st July 2007 is required to file DIN 3 Form With respective ROC.

09 October 2007 No. director appointed after 31st July 2007 isnot required to file DIN - 3 since without obtaining DIN, Form 32 cannot be filed for appointment of director after 31st July 2007.

09 October 2007 Without Roll Check of DSC and DIN 3, the director cannot be appointed in the company.

09 October 2007 DIN 3 IS RETURN TO BE FILED
(ALONG WITH DIN 2) WITH ROC AS A RECORD TO SHOW THAT THE DIRECTORS HAVE GIVEN DIN 2 DETAILS TO THE COMPANY.SINCE IT IS ONLY STATISTICAL VALUE, THE SAME IS DISPENSED FROM 31 ST JULY.
WHERE AS DIRECTOR IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OR DIN IS REQUIRED TO BE MENTIONED ON FORM 32 ON APPOINTING OR CEASING OF A DIRECTOR AND ALSO WHILE A DIRECTOR SIGNS THE RETURNS UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT,DIGITAL FILING IN MCA.
SO ON EVERY NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT,THE COMPANY HAS TO OBTAIN DIN.
