Do i need to file Form DIN 3 if Director is appointed on 01/02/2012(after 01/07/2007)? I just came to know that DIN 3 is required to be filed only in case where director is appointed prior to 01/07/2007. Plz guide.

There is no need to file DIN 3 after appointment of director from 01.07.2007.

Yes you are right.your are not required to file DIN-3
