13 January 2011 Is filing of DIN-3 mandatory for every director if he has to digitally sign the annual return and other forms ?

what will be the consequence if his Digital Signature is registered at MCA portal, but he doesn't files DIN-3.

13 January 2011 Mandatory if the director is appointed before 01/07/2007.
If not done, e-forms cannot be uploaded.

13 January 2011 The director is appointed in April 2009 (i.e. after 01/07/07) and the MCA 21 portal is not accepting his DS. The error msg shows that the director is not authorised to sign the form.

13 January 2011 Pl roll check the DSC in MCA Portal. Then digitally sign the e-form.

13 January 2011 Agree with Warrier Sir.

While digitally signing the document u should select whether you are the Author of the DSC or u have reviewed the document , after selecting the above said option sign the document. Hope after doing the same MCA will accept ur DSC.
