27 November 2010 Co. incorporated in july 06. No DIN filed nor any DSC registered with MCA. Now DIN obtained by directors in oct. 10 and submitted DIN-2 to company. Now co. to file DIN-3 within 7 days . Whether any additional fees payable by co. Whether any penal consequences or any practical difficulty in above process

If DIN 3 if filed by the company with ROC within 7 days from the received of DIN 2 from concern director no additional fee will be charged.
