Digitally signed form 16a

Pls. tell me the procedure to digitally signed form 16A downloaded from NSDL website. i download the pdf convertor utility from my login, but it only converts the Form 16A in PDF. when i click on the digital signature it got hanged.

first you need to register your Digital signature with NSDL site linked to your TAN
