is it compulsory to get DSC for ITR 4 ?
Can any one suggest me the cost of it (Near in Bangalore) for one year subscription
I think its a wrong decision by the ITD that for all who are filing ITR 4 its mandatory

No dear its not mandatory, it depends on income of the assessee. And its better to submit ITR with DSC. The charges may differentiate, better u search on google.

mandatory only if covered under tax audit.
in case you are covered under tax audit, then buy a DSC. it costs around Rs 1000 for a two years validity with token
