Dear Experts,
A chartered Accountant is having sole proprietorship concern. XYZ & Co., Proprietor X.
Does he need to take Digital Signature in Individual name or the proprietorship company's name for uploading 3CD etc.

Need to take DSC in Individual Name.

Now for all tax audit report for IT and company purpose the dsc for CA is required in individual name

Digital Signature is issued on the basis of PAN Card. So it can be issued only on individual capacity.
