CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORKS CONTRACT SERVICE AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICE.
Eg: IF A PERSON CONSTRUCTING BUILDING HE IS REQUIRED TO PAY SERVICE TAX UNDER WHICH SERVICE.

If the Construction is with material = Works Contract Service
Constriction without material= Construction Service
The Tax shall be paid Construction of residential complex service or Commercial construction Services as per latest circular of CBEC restoration of specific codes.
