19 September 2015 can anyone tell me the difference between minutes and resolutions??
At which stage both the things have to be prepared????
Please tell the procedure practically...

19 September 2015 What is discussed and concluded in a meeting comes in the form of RESOLUTION. e.g. Resolved that a bank account shall be opened with PNB, Mayur Nagar Branch

Minutes of the meeting is what is happened in the meeting.
e.g. A meeting is convened under the chairmanship of Mrs. XYZ at the place to transact the following business:
say 1 to N

subject no 1. Discueed in the meeting. (Write in brief whatever discussion went across)
This is normally followed by the resolution, as aforesaid.
Every resolution is "proposed by" and "seconded by" 2 members of the meeting.
