Difference b/w form 16 and 26 as

if someone have worked in two branches of same bank and my 26 as shows amt credited as 300000
and 100000 from both branches respectively.
but in my form 16 of one branch is shows as 380000 so does it mean to include salary from both the branches or it is bcoz of some other differance between form 16 and 26as?i think that both the branches have to give separate form 16 and cannot combine both in one . am i right or wrong plz help me

it may you have declare to bank his investment u/s 80C
