Diffrence b/w corporate office and registered office ?

Hi
Registered office are those which is a mandatory provisions of company which will be required at the time of registration of company. On the basis of registered office, it is decided that it will be covered under this State and ROC. Section 17 and section 147 of the Companies Act, 1956 deal with such registered office.
Corporate office is not mandatory for company to open this, it will totally depend on the management and affairs of the company to open a corporate office.
Company is allowed to open corporate office any where and there is no need to intimate the same to ROC as required for registered office.
