i am working as a Accountant in manufacturing company. i want to know the Meaning of Share Capital& Share Application money and also difference between Share Capital & Share Application Money with examples kindly solve my problem.

28 July 2012 Money that is paid by the share holder at the time of subscribing capital is credited to share application account. After the resolution, the same is transferred to share capital. In reallife situation, this never happens. You need to consult company secretary for the date of resolution and so on.
