25 April 2013 I have receive Retail inovoice from Supplier but TIN is Mention in Invoice, Can I Take Input

25 April 2013 No. you can not take input vat on Retail Invoice. Retail invoive for Central registered dealer sale or unregistered dealer.

Input vat allowed only on Tax Invoice.Tax Invoice for Local registered dealer sale with in satae. and Tax Invoice only for with in state eregistered dealer.

26 April 2013 But TIN NO. Available on Retail Invoice, its possiable, We treat as Tax Invoice and Take Credit

26 April 2013 No, You cannot claim Input Tax passed on to you through Retail Invoice. Tax Invoice should be used when sale takes place from one Registered Dealer to another Registered Dealer. I would suggest you to contact the Supplier and ask him to issue you a Tax Invoice (cancelling the Retail invoice issued)

03 May 2013 No, Your VAT Credited not Granted by VAT Department. So making corrcetion on Invoice and taking sign & Stamp of Seller's authorised person.
