16 April 2010 SIR PLEASE TELL ME MEANS OF ONTRACTOR AND SUB CONTRACTOR. THE RATE OF ONTRACTOR AND SUB CONTRACTOR IS 2% AND 1%. SIR IT IS CORRECT IF WRONG PLEASE SIR CLEAR MY DOUBT.
