Diff b/w gstr2a as per auto populated & monthly downloaded

Dear sir
I have downloaded monthly GSTR 2A and taken into consideration for working for annual return filling. while filling the annual return in the portal, i was supprised that the GSTR 2A figures auto populated is completely different. but i have excess ITC and we have already reversed ITC based on the ineligible ITC expenditure.
Please kindly suggest us the procedures to be followed to resolve the problem.

There may be difference as many dealer filed their return quarterly. So you have to check remaining invoices in last month of the quarter.

If they have filed late means Monthly downloaded GSTR 2A should be lesser than the Auto populated GSTR 2A. but here ITC as per monthly downloaded is more than the ITC as per the auto populated. the difference is huge amount about 70 lakhs.

You have to show ITC as per books as on Portal ITC auto populated till the date of 01 May.
