22 August 2014 Does it hv question with answer or just video lecture with out question. do v hv to buy book to view and under stand lectures.

23 August 2014 I would suggest you to buy reference book of your choice. Prepare notes for imp and frequently asked questions. These notes will be very useful for last minute preparation.

Understanding lecturers may take extra time without proper study of chapters. Rest you can decide on your own.

I cleared ICWAI using your company law notes and well handwritten case laws.

Thanks for your suggestions.I cleared ICWAI almost 4 to 5 yrs back.so i forgot most of accounting concepts.
Also i stay in interior place called chitradurga in karnataka where no coaching is available.so thought this DVD with less cost can serve my purpose.

24 August 2014 Your selection of book is correct. Also you may buy DVDs and before referring DVD give a reading to the concerned chapter to understand the concept in better way.
