please suggest me whether a residential building owned by the proprietor are eligible for depriciation which was used fully for his residential purpose?

No, Proprietor cannot be claim depreciation on his residential building.

NO residential property not eligible for depreciation for prop.
if he use for his business or use for his worker then he can claim the depreciation.
