What would be the depreciation rate as per companies act if any furniture(Table) is used for assembling the parts of some finished goods?

But sir co. is claiming 4.75%(SLM) in depreciation chart by saying that it is used as part of plant & machinary

4.75% (Single Shift SLM) is rate of P & M not Furniture.
