Dear Sir
if any organisation was in tax exemption in before and for the same not claiming depreciation so whether can claim depreciation retrospectively if now organisation fall under tax scheme.

After amendment under the IT act if depreciation is not claimed than also it deemed to be claimed and WDV is required to be deducted for those years.
