In an educational trust , Depreciation calculation should be as per which act either companies or IT and W.D.V or S.L.M?

At which rate of depreciation would be follow for IT purpose depreciation as per IT act only allowable while computing the Gross total income. Rate and method of depreciation would be depending on the By-law of the trust.
