07 April 2008 if we have charged depreciation around 93% till date. can we write of only 2% in next year to fullfill 95% condition if we r following SLM method

Your question not clear. 95% depn means about scrap value for plants etc. Inform the asser category etc & details

As per SLM method, there will not be any balance coz under SLM fixed amount of depreciaition is charged every year. Further, the balance shall be traeted as scrap.
