24 August 2009 Can a company claim Dep on asset/car registered in the name of director? New client has come to me and his previous balance sheets are showing dep claim on car appearing in the name of director.

28 September 2009 It is wrong. The car must be in the name of the company, Then can only the depreciation can be claimed.
