Tax deducted in the month of march 2009 what is the due date of Deposit?

It is 7.04.2009..... but if u have created provision on last day of accounting yr i.e on 31.3.2009 u can pay upto May 09.

IF TDS is deducted on 31st day of march then deposute date is till 31 MAy
in any other case It is 7 April
in any other case It is 7 April

It is 31.05.2009 for provisions made on the 31.03.2009 for all other transactions it is 07.04.2009.
