22 September 2011 while depositing form dvat 51 do we have submit a summary containing the name and amount of sales to party under c form and mention the names of the parties which have not provided c form

23 September 2011 Yes otherwise how can you know that which party has not submitted the C form. The Officer can just levy the tax at the maximum rate for the C forms not supplied by you.
