17 November 2013 my frd have commercial property (industrial gala) this property they give on rent. They have prop. in manufacturing business. so that deperciation can be claim or not U/S 32 for that commercial property @ 10%

Whether the property is given on rent or it is used in manufacturing business?

17 November 2013 the owner of the property shall claim depreciation. the rental income shall be included in business receipts.
