Sintex Water Tank used for Aqua Farm & Aqua Hatcheries for storing Water .Some Experts said it is movable propery so it is considered as plant & Machinery.We are not connect any motor with that thank. Please Calrify Breifery as Per Deperication Schedule Companies act & Income Tax, What Percentage Applicable for both act
