17 January 2011 Can a Company which is exporting Iron Ore Fines and paying Export Duty claim DEPB License..?? And how that license can be used?

17 January 2011 The government at present levies an export duty of 10% on iron ore lumps and 5% on iron ore fines.

yes, after purchasing the licence the exporter CHA DEBIT the duty with the transfer letter and custom deduct it duty credit reverse on the licence.

either the purchaser ISSUE RELEASE Advice ,if the licence is not import port.
