what is the difference between port demurrage and ship demurrage charges?

Ship demurrage is payable when the goods are NOT unloaded from the ship timely.
Goods once unloaded from the ship are kept within the port.
Port demurrage will be payable if the goods are not CLEARED from the port timely.
