14 May 2011 I work in a Bio-Fertilizer company.

Here for promotion of a product 'Distribute the product among farmers at free " .

So, How can i maintain the account .

15 May 2011 the product would be supplied under "business promotion" and no input credit would be available on such clearences.

16 May 2011 Sir,can i show this this as a expenses ?

I think not,as i show at the time of manufacturing and if i show this as a expenses there will be a double effect ... Please tell me clearly.
