22 July 2013 Sir the MOA and AOA of my company are misplaced my me and can i demand copy of it on website of MCA and if yes then what is the procedure. Thank you in advance.

22 July 2013 you can ask for certified copy or can use public document facility.

but you need to take a facility of CA/CS/ICWA.

Because these facility is available only for the professional.

You can obtain MOA & AOA by inspection of that company through MCA portal and download the PDF copy of the same.

Procedure for Inspection of Documents at MCA Portal
1. Logging on www.mca.gov.in
2. Register yourself as registered user.
3. Go Service option
4. Click Inspection public documents
5. Fill the CIN of desired company
6. After showing detail on MCA portal, click on first coloum and wait for payment detail.
7. Pay on line the amount of Rs. 50.
8. Go back on the My document option given on th MCA portal after loging.
9. Inspect the desired documents and down load.
10. This facility will be available only for three hours after payment through credit card.

23 July 2013 Ya thank you sir but i tried the same way but after giving details of CIN the site shows error that company status is 'not applicable for efiling' what does that mean exactly and then what should i do?

28 July 2013 Can u confirm me that any legal proceeding is going on with company this time.

29 July 2013 no sir as far as i know no such legal proceeding is going on, just a thing is that this company is not taking any contract and not showing any profit since a long time and this company was registered in 1940 and it is purchase by my client some year ago & if there is any legal proceeding carrying then what to take measure?
